if martha was hosting a yacht club regata bachelor party, her invites would pretty much look like this

Apparently if you give Matty a few pointers on vellum and linen paper, he goes to town creating the most elegant bachelor party faux-invites you've ever seen. Who knew my outdoorsy-athlete had Matha-caliber invitation making skills?  Seriously makes a girl fantasize about trips to PaperSource together.

The invite wording took many days to complete, as it had to be of the highest sarcastic quality.  Printed on vellum in a ridiculously cursive font, the invite was tied with a navy gross-grain ribbon to a creamy blue paper, upon which was printed the Kempton Yacht Club logo - a piece of farm machinery called a manure spreader with a sail on it. (Kempton, PA obviously has more hex-decorated barns than open water marinas.)  The invites were sealed in dark blue linen envelopes with silver sealing wax imprinted with the Chinese symbol for water, and although no one will get that part, it looked amazing.  Really, we out-do ourselves every year, craft-wise, with this event.
